yes i am feeling better and more hopeful, i still do my dancin but having you all on my side makes me think i dont have to live in this frickin hell, just visit it a few times a day Cheesy

phil and jen and the pup were exactly what the dr ordered, not really he thinks lithium and verap and trex.
but it was funnny sending to clusterheads phil and I to the store for 6 items (not written down) gee our memory really blows Grin

Well our time here in Idaho is coming to an end Cry

Phil and I are going to be hitting the road soon, heading back for Michigan. We are taking a different route home so hopefully I can check in more while we are on the road this time.

I hate to leave. I don't want to leave. We've had such a wonderful time here. Karl has been the greatest host.

Gotta go, I'm not seeing straight right now through my tears Cry

i couldnt disable the vehicle quick enough, i must say watching them leave broke my heart. several hugs and tears but after they were gone i cam back inside and there was this fluffy brown puppy on the floor looking at me and wagging his tail. i knew then i was going to be alright.
for all those that read this i want you to know that those two angels came and touched my life like very few ever do. i developed a hard exterioer over the years being chronic .
i wouldnt let anyone in, but those two Phil and Jen cracked the shell and infused life in me again
all this makes me want to meet all the rest of you so much in st loius.
phil worked on my truck so i can drive now, gave me a tattoo i have wanted, cooked some mean chicken and steaks. but he more importantly helped me in handlng my ch .
Jen gave me laughter and smiles ( she wasnt hard on the eyes either) Roll Eyes

all in all i have found life long friendship and i thank all you reading in sharing this and posting on Roll Eyes

this ongoing thread.

Karl - After reading your story, I could die today being fully content - knowing that there are real examples of people who live the words compassion and humanity.

You will never know how this story of Phil and Jen's Excellent Adventure along with the sequel, Karl Gets a Puppy, has touched the hearts of so many.

I will be more than honored to meet you and them in St Louis.

What a blubbering idiot I am, good grief.

Ok here's the latest. We made it to Bozeman, Montana. We probably would've gone further, but the roads got sucky and it was dark. So me being a great big sissy didn't want to drive anymore tonight.

Driving away from Karl's house this morning broke my heart. I was crying like crazy. I couldn't even look back to wave one more time.

Karl I know you're gonna be just fine. You have our number and our emails. You have a great support system in place and you know that you can call any of us anytime. We were so happy to be there with you. Even if all I did was clean up the kitchen and act like a goofball, LOL!!!! Hey you forgot to mention that I made a killer potato casserole Cheesy

This has been such an amazing adventure. I really can't put into words the things that I'm feeling right now. It's not often that I'm speechless.
