A little R&R
Feb 24th, 2009 at 9:36am

I'm taking 3 days off and heading to Wisconsin Dells with Barb and Christopher. Ahhh, whirlpool, waterparks and of course there is a casino close by Wink

Were also taking my Mom, Uncle and MIL (What was I thinking?) Lol

Should be fun, I just hope the chlorine doesn't become a trigger for me as it has done in the past. I guess I'll find out.

Behave yourselves whilst I'm gone! Smiley

Little to no chlorine in a casino.

I stay out of 'em because losing money is a trigger for me. Wink

If not the chlorine, then the heat in those waterparks.  I understand the reasoning, but the heat in those places gives ME a headache - and I'm not a clusterhead!

Kalahari? Wilderness? Great Wolf?

Wilderness.

Barb got a great deal on a 3 bedroom suite. Knowing her, she probably had a coupon! Cheesy

And your right Brew, the casino doesn't have chlorine so I'll probably have to spend all of my time (or money) there! Lol

You have a terrific time jimmers and family!   I'm pretty certain my Brother will be down at Ho Chunk at one of the blackjack tables sometime while you are there.

We've stayed at the Wilderness in one of the condo's before.  It was beautiful with a fireplace on both levels.

Have a fantastic time and have some sort of slushy fruity drink for me (or Barb can, lol) will you?

I never realized how much chlorinated water a 45 year old body orifice could hold until I went down the water slide Roll Eyes Cheesy

As an added bonus, the casino has been pretty good to us Wink And, we may have to stay an extra day due to the weather Cool

I've got a similar trip planned for next weekend.  Fri-Sun at the Great Wolf lodge in the Dells... may have to do a little "dry time" at Ho Chunk as well, and a detour to Middleton for Sonic.  They are just starting to open them here and I love Sonic.  One just opened down the street from me, but it's almost faster to go to the Madison area location on the way to the Dells, as there is a 2 block long line of cars to get into the place, every day.
