Pain Free

Hi !

I have been "SHADOW FREE" for 6 days. I actually cleaned my house,
had a glass of wine (once) and made dinner 5 days in a row.
I hit the O2 with a vengence last week when I felt my head start to throb and used the new mask Linda sent me. THANK YOU and WOW.
Gone. The mask really made a huge difference.

I feel NORMAL. I know it won't last but Im going to make the best of it.
Im going to READ a BOOK.

It was my first rest period w/out steroids. I used the last of my O2, but I did get the Rx that Che' rs recommend. Now getting it filled is the hard part. Please wish my luck. Thanks 2 all of you.
