Some of you will think this is beating the dead horse, but you are really gonna have to hear this out. The more i think about this, it can all be dealt with differently. DJ, you probably are not going to agree right away, and if it does not happen now it is going to have to happen sooner or later. DJ needs to give the Moderators more authority, plain and simple. As it is now everything gets diverted to DJ and Steph. The mods have no course of action but to lock things up and divert it to DJ and Steph. Things start to get out of control and they have to come up with their own devices to try and control the situation. Kinda like rhyming like school children until it gets more out of control and lock it up so DJ and Steph can step in. It is kind of like you have given them badges and no guns. They need more. They come across as proud and completely behind your ideas on how to make this a better board, let them help you. Things could be so different if a mod had the authority to PM people to defuse a situation, or tell some one they are out of line before a situation escalates. If you want to change things, I mean really change things, you are going to have to let others help you change things and not just let them baby sit the store front while you are away. It is your call, but hows it working for you so far? It is gonna happen sooner or later DJ.

I was standing behind a couple of carpenters not so long ago when I decided to give some helpful advice, the two old sliver pickers turned to me and the eldest said " Son we're the ones fuckin this cat. You're just holdin the tail. Dummy up." I got it.
