Yah, I know ... You STOLE him from me!  LOL ... but I still luvz ya!

As far as the Blue and Gold macaws go, they make AWESOME pets!  He is my buddy, my companion, my motor mouth (he has about a 100 word vocabulary, but only says them when HE wants to), AND my official food taster (He INSISTS on trying whatever I am eating or drinking).

Svenn, (who has met him in person) has no use for him.  Tony has also met him in real life.

They are VERY unique pets!

Looks identical...my brother had one too.  He named him Max.  He used to love potatoe chips.  Whenever I entered the room where his cage was he would whistle and say "hot momma"...no joke.   Huh

I was sent a picture of another clusterville bird, and here she is:
Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
She is GayleH's son's scarlet macaw (I think it is a scarlet), Chika, who is about 12 years old, and a bit feisty (like ALL females!).  Some of you may remember Gayle from the Vancouver convention.

Are there any other clusterville birds out there?

Blue and Gold Macaws have a life expectancy of 80 to 100 years ... In other words, before you get one, figure out who you are going to leave it to, in your will!

I have heard rumors to the fact that Winston Churchill's macaw is still alive, but I have not been able to find any information about it.  I can't even find out if he HAD a macaw!  Seems he is better know for something else, whatever that is ...

Oooh, awesome parrot! Cheesy

I'm forbidden to have birds due to my immune system. (And the fact either cat might decide to eat it, instead...) But they're awesome. I did have a cockatiel when I wass younger. He'd ride on my dog' back, along with attacking anyone who had a plate of beans... then he would eat them. I have no idea how the hell he survived that since I was always told that birds couldn't pass gas. D:

I know someone who has a Parrot that looks like your Nicky that wolf-whistles every time a female(human) walks by it's cage. Cheesy

As far as I'm concerned, cluster busting has been the best treatment I've tried. No migraines since I started it, and my hits have gotten so much better. Wanna know more?
