What if I had mentioned that I was gay ?  I'm guessing that I would most likely have been subject to similar attacks.

I am a cluster headache sufferer, AND I am gay ... OPENLY gay.  I believe anyone who has been on this site for any length of time, knows that I am gay.  Other than good natured teasing, I have never been attacked, because I am gay.

HOWEVER, I HAVE been attacked for some of the things that I have said, and usually, RIGHTFULLY attacked.  If I say something mean or stupid, I get attacked.  NEVER for being gay!

From my experience (over six years of it) on this site, lifestyles are not attacked.  Most are pretty much ambivalent about a certain lifestyle one chooses, or does NOT choose to be part of.  (FWIW, being gay is NOT a choice!)

Meanness, cruelty, abusiveness, deception, and fraud ARE attacked.  There are PLENTY of people on this site that partake in whacky tobbacky ... Just the use of it for clusters is found to be very destructive, for 99% of the users.

YOU be considerate, and polite, and we will be too.  Be nasty, cruel and abusive, towards anyone and you WILL be slapped down.  Plain and simple.

Chuck

As far as I'm concerned, cluster busting has been the best treatment I've tried. No migraines since I started it, and my hits have gotten so much better. Wanna know more?

Posting private PM's from someone for everyone to see , is a VERY un-classy thing to do around here and it really says a LOT  about people who do that.

Agreed, its the lowest of the low, well except for being cowardly enough not to say your piece on open forum but hey, its backs against the wall here so I fight dirty  Roll Eyes

Anyway, the weathers picking up very nicely isn't it, I sense a quite beautiful spring don't you love ?
