Just Ree sharing life...
Mar 22nd, 2009 at 4:23pm

Boy do I miss you guys... I am working 2 jobs and its killing me the weekends are dedicated to picking up the mess that happens every day when I'm not home... oh well so much for that.

Scott's MRI showed that his tumor is not changing which is a good thing... they have grounded him anyway making him feel inferior... I have no idea why the kid is a 4 time decorated soldier.  Now the clincher is he will still be going back to Iraq in September.  Brain tumor and all...   3rd time...

We'll be hanging in there.
I do miss you been thinking about everyone here a lot and though I don't visit as often as I should I am lurking in the lurches and hoping to God that we can support rather than participate for a while longer.  Dave knows he won't be taking Neurontin again.  It caused such issues in his mouth.  He has been having nothing but dental work...
Has anyone ever had gum disorders due to Neurontin or Verapamil?
I'll check in again... soon...
love you all

Ree

Good to hear from you Ree,

Gum problems are well documented as a sometimes serious problem caused by verapamil.

Neurontin has its own list of side effects. (The one not listed is it's uselessness against clusters)

Good to hear from you Ree !  Smiley

I have been thinking about you and wondering what you have been up to.

Verapamil can definitely cause gum problems which in turn can weaken the teeth themselves so beware that some tooth can chip or crack when biting into hard food.

Sending prayers and hugs to you and your family. I pray that your sons be safe always. It must be so hard for a mother to have your boys in the line of fire for so long.

Love ya lots.

Still praying for you all Ree!  I understand your need to be away, but wish you would drop in and keep us updated as much as you can.
