We need and want people to consider running for a position on the Board of Directors of OUCH.  It is only when people want to make a difference that we can make progress in helping others with CH.  A lot of good has come from people wanting to help and this is one way you CAN make a difference.

Volunteers are the backbone of any non-profit organization.  The Organization for Understanding Cluster Headaches operates solely on volunteer labor.  To help volunteers choose the committee or team for which they may best be suited, OUCH has documented the key committee responsibilities and position descriptions.  These may be found in the links to the left.  Please review the committee duties and position descriptions prior to completing the application below.

In addition to completing the application below, all volunteers are required to read, sign and agree to be bound by a Code of Conduct before entering into service with OUCH.  The purpose of this document is to protect the image and integrity of OUCH and its volunteers.  A link to the Code of Conduct can be found to the left.
