Quote:
Inhaled Cannabis Aborts Cluster Headaches, Journal Reports
"Marijuana use at the onset of his headaches consistently brought complete relief within five minutes of inhalation for each attack"

A substantial claiming headline with "consistently", "complete relief", "for each attack" although applicable for a case study of one, seems to reflect an overreaching eagerness.

What kind of words are left to use when not even oxygen or alternative studies, which are far more reaching to convince, could say when printing their results.

The research dollars are limited for us and the one-pronged alternative at busters would be appreciated more with the results I've seen.

Although a case study of 50 or more would be more telling.

Back in the day (before Nov 1999) about twice a year when had clusters only in spring and fall I would take a few puffs and get on the O2 for 20 minutes or so and knock the cluster down enough to sleep. BUT thats when the O2 worked for me. O2 hasnt worked for me in over 4 years and thats doing as told from my good friend Pete. Terry

Can we say "BUSTED"... as in Myth Busters?

Bless my long gray whiskers...  The folks reporting the results of their case study of one must have been thinking pure thoughts... On the other hand, they could have been toked up on some of their own extra virgin sin semilla...  A case study sample size on one (1) is hardly scientific...

Even calling the results of one observation anecdotal is a stretch of cerebral flatulence at best...  I wonder if they're looking at puffing oregano or salvia divnorum...  Stranger things have happened...

The more amusing aspect of all this is having "NORMAL," a far left gaggle of activists out to legalize pot, publish the article.

These turkeys would make any manor of limbic stimulation legal, no matter how deviant.   Their endorsement of this case study is little more than a cruel opportunistic ploy to further their goal of legalizing marijuana at the expense of cluster headache sufferers.

Take care.

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there

C'mon, Batch. Are you trying to give the impression that NORML has an agenda? Say it ain't so.  Wink

How dare they...What next, are they going to try and pass off Magic Mushrooms and LSD on to the Clusterheads as the magic cure in the attempt to try and legalize them also...   What will they think of next?
