Getting started

This is my first time here and I am having a hard timing understanding the navigation, especially under a huge shadow.  I see some interesting topics but I don't exactly know how to get involved.

You're in the right section  to start. Here, you give us an introduction, outline of your CH history, treatments, etc.

Subsequently, use one of the other major sections: just follow the suggestions under the section name as to subject matter.

Best if you give a brief history. You'll get questions from folks in reply and that will guide how to interact.

Also read some of the messages in this section and you get an idea of how to proceed.

The strength of the site is the collective knowledge of thousands of sufferers! So as Bob said, give us a quick run down of what you've used, what has and hasn't worked, see if we can make some suggestions!

Glad you found us, make yourself at home and pull up a chair!
