This is one of those "trial & error" experiments. The MD's list is far too long to mention. It's easier finding out what you CAN eat. What's a trigger for another may not be for you!

Alcohol seems to be a trigger for many. MSG hurts some

But it's up to each what is a trigger... One man's meat is another's poison so to speak. We're all DIFFERENT -- for me it's the barometer...

Ages ago, when DJ first opened this site, this topic was a regular feature of our conversations.

It has disappeared over the years because there doesn't seem to be any real evidence that it affects cluster folks with any certainty. Appears to be a topic carried over from the migraine crowd.

Alcohol we agree on...

That reminds me of our first convention back in 2000 in Vegas -- we had this sweet guy named Arnold who spent the whole time trying to find something we had in common..... poor fellow never did find anything at all....

And he was totally amazed at the alcohol that people were drinking there. He said before he came to Vegas he had jokingly commented that he'd buy all the drinks at convention -- little did he know... Smiley Smiley  there are some that even alcohol doesn't bother. Poor Arnold went home still shaking his head.... Huh Huh
