found the website by searching on the web for info about ch, i was recently diagnosed as a ch. i can remember having ch all the way back to when i was seven years old. found alot of good  tips on this site that i have to try next time i have a ch.

Welcome,glad that you found us.

Tell us a bit of your history,medications and such.

There is lots of info on the site. Read,read some more then ask all the questions you want and they will be answered.
