And the RED HATTERS will be ON THE TOWN... Watch your REARS!!!!

Got me a MAY hat all hot glued with May Flowers and it's a designers masterpiece (wish I knew how to do the picture thingy - ya'll be proud of the OLD BROAD this month!!) Anyhow I even got PURPLE toenail polish... I'll be a DELIGHT for the folks of Linden TX to BEHOLD!!

So don't wait up for me... I may be out till 7:30 or even 8. You just NEVER know about us old broads.

***check list:
- Doors locked
- Windows barricaded
- 911 programmed into my phone
- Food supply well stocked
- National Guard alerted
- Funny farm has rooms ready for the revelers (Bless their lil hearts ...)

Ok, Barb. I think I am ready ... Go have your night out on the town ...

(I just can't believe someone as old and decrepit as you would attempt to stay out till EIGHT PM!!!)

WELL I DID you old goat... IN FACT I STAYED OUT TILL 8:04 so there!!!

After our repast - we sat a spell in the rocking chairs provided by our host restaurant and visited. I think the phone lines in Linden were buzzing cause the square was busy with people driving by and straining their necks looking and waving.

Of course we all waved back and shouted "HOWDY!"

But alas, the sun dropped behind the horizion and we don't see quite as well as we once did, so we decided it was best to go home...

But a great time was had by all.... Another entry in my diary....
