I believe nani has some great experience using kudzu. You might want to PM her.

Nani or Paul, if you would not mind sharing your conversation on "kudzu", I'd appreciate it...what exactly is it?

Paul Thanks...
Lots of good info there and on other sites as well.
Seems like it might be worth a shot...I've already tried to find some this afternoon, but my trip to 3 different stores was fruitless..So I have ordered some for Monday.
I'll try it then and see if it helps any with Shadows.

It is soooo cool to know I am not alone anymore!!!
Thanks!!

If you go to the Meds and Treatments board you can find quite a long thread on Kudzu.  I started using it a couple of years ago when I had to get off of Verap, and found it to be as effective a preventative as Verap without all of the side effects.

You will not find it at your chain health food stores like GNC.  You will need to find one of the organic type health food stores that carries more of the alternative health type of products.  You can also save a bit by ordering it online, but you have to wait a bit to get it.

I would definitely recommend trying it.  Some of us have had good success, and others not so much, but that is the nature of this beast we deal with.  The best thing to me was the lack of side effects.
