cardio to help ease pain
Jun 6th, 2009 at 1:16pm

Hi all, first post so not sure i this has been covered:

I find that jumping on a trampoline (mattress on a floor can work in a pinch) during an attack can take my pain away completely. Unfortunately if I stop jumping it comes right back at full force. Nothing like a 3 hour jumpathon in the midlle of the night to keep those legs in shape! Of course, effects can vary but 99% of the time it at least brings the pain down 1-2 notches 75% of the time I get complete relief. Not a bad way to spend time waiting for the meds to kick in!

Hope this info helps...
