Besides telling who is the sufferer and something about yourself, let us know where you live.  No, we don't need an address, but it would help a lot to know if one or more of us lived near you to also help.


if you live anywhere near St. Louis, we are having an OUCH convention where you will get to meet a lot of the most caring and empathetic indivduals you'll ever have the pleasure of knowing.   If you don't we have yearly get-togethers across the country.  One is in progress in a day or two near Milwaukee. 

Ask questions,  and read the links to the left as well as some of the stories on the different boards so you can get to know us.

Welcome to the madhouse!  The way you get started is to press the keys on the keyboard!  

We are glad you are here, but really wish you didn't need to be.  You have found some of the most caring people on the face of this planet who are waiting to be able to help you through this nightmare called CH.  There is a wealth of information available to you by clicking the buttons on the left, and if you don't find what you are looking for there, or don't have the time to invest right now to hunt down the answers all you have to do is ask.  You will usually find someone who can get you the answers you need right away.  Don't be afraid to ask dumb questions.  No honest question is dumb, although I have been known to give dumb answers.

You two have joined a family.  You can't get away as you have been adopted now.  As in all families you will find some are funny, some are loving, some are cantankerous, some are wise, some are not  , but all of us either suffer from CH, love someone who has CH, or in a couple of cases USED to have CH, but have stayed around anyway to support the rest of us.
