So, the day before yesterday I got some injectable nausea meds.

My nephews are pretty much used to me taking DHE at this point, and we were over there yesterday. I was pretty nauseated so I started to draw a shot up.

Little Jose who is 4 came over and asked "Mysti, why aren't you making the face? Is it just not really really bad yet?"

Up until that, I didn't know that the kids noticed my shadows that much. I explained it was just medicine for my nausea, I wasn't having a headache.

So the 2 year old comes over, and starts to say 'Face, headache, shot, nose, oxygen, upside?" (listing everything I do for a headache. If he notices my eye is swollen shut he goes through the list of what I do.)

About a week ago the 2 year old started the listing of everything I did for my headaches. Marcos kept asking me if everything I ate, or drank, or took was for my headache.

He also asked me "Headache, Headache?"
"Yes baby, I have a headache."
"...And me?"
"...No, I don't think you have a headache."
"Oxygen!!!"

Off to go visit them again. Cheesy
PFDAN y'all

As far as I'm concerned, cluster busting has been the best treatment I've tried. No migraines since I started it, and my hits have gotten so much better. Wanna know more?

Which is why I always STRONGLY encourage parents to involve their kids in the treatment plan.....they miss nothing!!!! Too funny! Grin Grin

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.
