is this a normal cycle?

hope everybody had a good 4th,i have a question about my cycle first my ch's were everyday at 900am always a kip8-10,then it switched to 300pm everyday now its first night at 900pm kip9-10 for a solid 2 hours then after i fall asleep,the next day,day 2 i have a constant pain in my right temple all day feeling kinda hung over and thinking the big one is coming and it dosent,day 3 is a wonderful day feeling great no pain in the temple no ch's then day 3 night this whole thing starts over again,does this mean anything like maybe im getting ready to cycle out or does anyone else's cycle do this

The textbook definition is misleading: Cycles do not have to be regular in time/duration/etc.; the location/intensity, etc. of pain may wander/change over time. Especially with newly emerging cases, it may take months, even years, before some kind of stability develops.

Your main defense is to be aware of a developing attack/cycle so that you can get the right meds on hand. Beyond that, being flexible and not excessively worried about changes are good qualities to develop.

It is very hard to pattern ch. i suggest you make notes of time and days.
