ch.com headache tracking calander??

Sorry if I missed it somewhere, I did a search. If there is one then disregard the following.

I have been messing with an iPod app called iHeadache Tracker. It's the cheap one available on the iPhone for 99 cents. There is a 10 dollar one that probably has more bells and whistles, but the cheap one isn't bad. The one I got keeps track of date, severety, and action taken for relief. It then creates a very basic chart tracking your headaches and also gives an option to e-mail your doctor results. It lacks time of day and duration that are important factors for me. I'm not sure if it's even possible, but I think it would be great to be able to log on to this site and track your own and other peoples headaches. I did some basic searching on google but didn't find any good ones. Any suggestions?

Johnzo...

Hi Johnzo - welcome. I found this on the OUCH website. Basically you could just create this in excel. If the iPod app works for you even better because I suspect you would be able to update it closer to the hit.

I actually use an excel-based diary that I found on about.com years ago. Since then, I've modified mine to include other information than what was originally included in the file. I went to the site after reading this post to see if the same one was still available, and I found the following page which has several different versions for excel and word:

I didn't download/open any of these, so I am not sure if they are, in fact, the same or similar to the one I've been using, but perhaps others will find them useful.
