If my cycle is over I'll still check from time to time. This site is a great way to learn how to cope with these damn things, and you guy's are great. Thank you for all your help, it is GREATLY appreciated.

I was 10 yr remission this time. Disappointed The last two cycles, one was 6 months and the last was 1 year. Always went to a Kip 8. 02 did help alot tho!

I can't say for sure that ANYTHING got me out of it. I mostly got them at night for some reason.
The last few nights of getting them I would just hit off the O2 and when I got my normal 4 AM CH I took a Trexamit and got the extra sleep I needed.
I also take Verapomil.
I would have been lost without the O2, that's for sure.
