I bought my first 0 to 25 lpm, Precision CGA-540 regulator from these folks (Claflin Equipment Sales and Service) a few months back.  It shipped and arrived quickly (directly from Precision) and has been an absolutely superb regulator.

I had tried another company.  They have so far sent me three regulators, all wrong, and to date have only billed me for the first one (ordered via Amazon) so I kept the wrong regulators and gave up on them.

I decided to order another Precision regulator from Claflin so I would have a spare and a travel regulator.  I was pretty sure that Paypal didn't take.  I tried to order a couple of things via Paypal that day and they didn't show up in my history.

Within an hour of my order Beverly from Claflin called to tell me that she had the order but not the Paypal and would call me again around 6:00 PM when she got ready to leave.

I ultimately replaced the order and sent her an email to cancel the first one.  She did call at six as promised and then called back again the next morning to ensure that we were on the same page and tell me that the order was out the door.  It arrived UPS ground (they don't charge shipping over $50.00). the next day.
