Cluster, Depression and High Libido Connection
Aug 13th, 2009 at 5:17am

Hello,

I was wondering if there is some link between Cluster Headache, Depression and High Libido because i feel i have all three conditions. I fall into depression quite often and have to take anti depressants. I have high Libido because i have to clean the pipes too often  Grin and i am religiously getting cluster attacks for last 5 years. I also googled for this and found some similar articles supporting these.

I was wondering if any of you folks have similar condition. Wish you all PFD.

Wish I could be more helpful, but all I can give is personal experience.

I know depression runs along with CH.  Just dealing witht he pain and the helplessness of it helps to increase feelings of depression.  I know there is a connection with the seratonin receptors in the brain, but that is WAY above my paygrade! Cheesy

As to the libido, all I know is that when the beast is going strong the brain may have grand ideas, but that is as far as it goes.  Wish it was the other way around!
