Thankful
Aug 18th, 2009 at 3:29am

Weathers been odd for my part of the west coast, mid valley Oregon. Lost most of my lettuce sprouts and the broccoli up and died to drought. But in the end you are always thankful something went right~ I just enjoyed the third night of rum! I thank all the posts from the board~ and continue to read and take to heart all of the stories, news releases and personal accounts on this site.
I think this has been my mental safe guard, there are other suffers out there~ and they do hit the hard times, they do work, have kids and pull the same load as non suffers. But thats it~ we do. We pull it, make it work and yay us!
I needed a spot to say thank you~ to all the posters and all the wonderful information on this site.
I know my name says newbie but I had to rejoin after several years of lurking. I know what a garden this is, and will not leave for years again.
Thank you all. And my hope remains that you find a dry spell in the beast. I already know you will live it up when it comes.
Blessed summer!

Posts like yours really warm my heart!

It gives hope to those of us still battling the beast, daily, that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark it looks.

I LOVE hearing about someone being pain free!

Enjoy your rum, my friend, you have certainly earned the right to!
