If anyone is looking for a 25 LPM regulator, for an "E" tank, there are two of them, on eBay that expire in about 23 hours.  No one has bid on them yet, and they are sitting at $4.99!

There is this one:

Or there is this one, that has the nipple fitting plus two DISS fittings if you are ever contemplating going to a demand valve:
