I just got the most wonderful e-mail with a .pps slide show of pictures with music attachment that I want to share.  It's not from any URL that I can determine.  I've saved it to my computer, mainly because on stessfull days, I just want to watch and listen again.

How do I put something like this into a post to share with our CH family?  God knows, we all need to relax with something.
