Hi Everyone;
We all know money is tight these days, RIGHT!
Yesterday, I was walking around the 99cent store and came across a great deal on a C.H. remedy.

Very similar to 5hr Energy
25 calorie,125 mg caff.,200mg Taurine
99cents each!!!!!!!!
I had a hit last night before bedtime, about a kip6. I slammed one of these babies and it went away.
Maybe it's all in my head, who knows.
I went back this morning and bought $20 worth.
I also have been taking generic melatonin and it works just fine at about 60% cost of name brand.

My only criticism would be that 200mg of taurine is one-fifth of what I look for in an energy drink. Sometimes it's not just the price, it's what you get out of it. Value.

Were you able to sleep OK right after that blast of 125 mg caffeine?

If so, I guess that melatonin REALLY works good for ya!  Smiley
