The Three Little Pigs
Sep 7th, 2009 at 6:17pm

And the bad old wolf said, "I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your head in."  Three of us in the family are now having our clusters.  Two of my nieces and me.  My sister just finished hers, recently.

I visited my hometown over the holiday and found out that there are 6 generations of us and I thought there were only 5.  I had forgotten about Roxie's mother.  My sister, which is 7 years older than me said that she was actually the one with the rag around her head.  So, it should be "Sena's Rag" on my other post instead of "Roxie's Rag."  (Roxie sounded better...I hate that I had to hear that.)

And some of us wish we could meet someone with clusters in our whole life but you seem you have been gathered all there. Grin (just kidding)

Hang in there and pf wishes for all of you. Wink

Joni...Your letter (roxies rag) made me think, so I copied that story, and sent it to all my aunts, and asked them if I was the only SPECIAL one in the family....    Lo and behold, I have an Aunt who has had them for years, and we never knew each other had the same affliction.  Wow..
While I am happy to not be the lone one in the fam, I am sad for her.
Also found she has heart problems too, so she can't take the prevents!  Yikes.
So whenever she gets the bad ones, she just goes to the hospital.  She's in her 80's, and an ex nurse too, so I assume she knows whats best for her.!?
Anyway,,,thanks for your story, It has opened up a whole new dialog in my scattered around the country family  Smiley  thanks much ......Lorac

Makes me wonder Joni, if my grandmother had them.  I remember one of her eyes tearing up on occasion and she'd mention she was tired and I wouldn't see her for a bit, apparently she didn't want anyone to see her that way.  But I was so young, so in one ear and out the other it went.

She was on a lot of medication, but back then it was "unheard of for a woman to get CH" so here I sit wondering now she's gone so I can't ask her.   Undecided
