I work for myself and so am lucky that I can take time off whenever I want. The problem is, I have clients with deadlines that I cannot meet if I do that so I have to be careful about what work I take on. When I have CH there in NO WAY I can look at my computer monitor!! Fortunately I'm episodic and so enjoy several pain-free weeks at a time.
