Hi everyone,
Here is some info about me.Im 57 and started clustering about 6 weeka ago. I had one that lasted apx. 13hours. Before E.set me up with 02 they ranged from 2hrs to 13hrs. I had 2 breakdowns and wanted to die. The pain was nothing like ive never had in my life. The meds i was on only made it worse and banged me up for days, so i just stoped taking them, and just use 02. Now they avg. 30min. to sometimes an hour. Way better then the 2+ hour ones. Im also seeing a chiropractor who is working on my neck, but to soon to see if its working. Has anyone got a positive reaction a chiro. if so let me know. thanks for now,

Welcome Joey! Sorry that you have become a member of the club, but glad that you are now a member of the family.

Glad to hear you have o2 already. So many take too long to get it, me being one.

You will find in your search that different things work for different folks.

You are doing the right thing. Stick around and ask all the question you have. They will be answered by knowledgeable and kind people.

Start reading all the info that you can from the site.

All the best Iddy Smiley

Positive reaction to chiro, sure. But not for CH.

Anytime my back, neck, shoulders spasm, the chiro offers wonderful relief. They can even help with the accumulated microtrauma that go with battling the beast. But I've never experienced, nor have I heard of, a chiro getting rid of CH.
