New to the site, but not with the beast...

Hey everyone,I can't tell you how glad I was to find this website.I was diagonsed 10 years ago( I'm 34, male)and have yet to meet a single person who suffers from this awful disease. It sucks having nobody to relate to,most people have a hard time understanding,or perhaps even believing, how incredibly painful this condition is.I'm eposodic and usually get hit for about 3 months every 1.5 to 2 years(which I am inherantly grateful for). The beast has returned about 5 days ago with a vengence, around 5 to 6 hits a day. I just wanted to say hi and I'm glad to know I'm not alone.

Welcome to the best site you'll ever see for help and understanding. You now know a lot of people with the same problem you have.
What have you been doing so far to treat your CH? Any questions yet?
Read, read, read! Very valuable advice here to help you get your life back!
Again, welcome!

Yeah, we're nosey as hell here! When you get a chance let us know what you're using as a prevent, an abortive, what has and hasn't worked for you. The strength of this site is its collective knowledge in real world CH'ing! Maybe you'll toss a pearl our way maybe we can tweak your regimen and cut down on how much you hurt.

Welcome home brudder! Wink

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.

CH according to Bejeeber:

Strictly relying on doctors for CH treatment is often a prescription that will keep you in a whole lot of PAIN. Doctors are WAY behind in many respects, and they are usually completely unaware of the benefits of high flow 100% O2.

There are lots of effective treatments documented at this site. Take matters into your own hands, learn as much as you can here and at clusterbusters.com, put it into practice, then tell this CH beast Jeebs said hello right before you bash him so hard with a swift uppercut knockout punch that his stupid horns go flinging right off.
