I am a middle-aged woman with migraines and cluster headaches.  I guess they take turns.  Right now, it's the CH's.  Even if my headache has subsided, I can still feel the the effects in my left eye.  Like it just HAS to hang around and not let me forget it is lurking, never completely gone.

I'm tired.  Really tired.  They always affect my sleep.  I just wanted to say 'hello' to all and maybe later, I can read and share more.  For now, it's back to bed for a while.

What you are describing, we call a "shadow".  Not bad enough to make you jump and shout..but hurts enough to let let you know it's in an idle mode, much like a car in neutral.

There is so much information here, so you've got a lot of reading to do.  Start with the links on the left side of where you are reading this now.  Don't be afraid to ask questions of any of us too.
