3 years ago today..
Nov 11th, 2009 at 6:08pm

Angie discovered CH.com while researching CH's.
My neuro had me diagnosed already but we did not have the meds right and nothing about o2.
Thanks to DJ for creating this site and for all those, too many to mention individually, who came forward to help me. I was in full cycle at the time and the only thing working was the Prednisone taper but could not stay on that as we well know.
Today I have:
o2 and two 25 LPM regulators,
The new o2ptimask,
Verapamil at 480mg daily as my preventative while in cycle,
And all of you for support and life saving information and advise.
Thank you to each and everyone one of my family here, I do not know where I would be today without this site and all of you's. I am paying forward all I can to help the next person trying to deal with this crippling pain. I am proud to be one of the o2 Pushers! Wink

I'm so glad you and Angie are here, Barry.  I will always remember our dinner meeting, my daughter being worried about axe murders (Grin) and you two being sweet enough to come to my birthday/retirement party and putting up with my crazy family and friends.  I treasure those memories and the pictures.

Hugs

Sorry it took me so long to post to this.  Barry, you and Angie have been genuine angels on earth since joining this family.  You have both been there for me through some pretty difficult times, and your support and encouragement has made a huge impact on me and in my life.

I want you both to know, that sometimes people won't ever say a word, and may remain completely anonymous to you, but you have done things that have made tremendous impacts in their lives.  I just want to be sure you 'hear' it, that you have had certain and absolute influence for the better over the life of another person and probably made sure that I kept going when I might otherwise have chosen not to.

I hate that you have this dreaded disorder, but if it's what was necessary for me to cross paths with you, the benefits have far outweighed the costs, and I will return the favo(u)r to you both every opportunity I get.
