What does it mean when you send a message and then you receive one that says ( call back ) i am technically lost .....T.Y.

After you hit "send" on your PM, it directs you back to your Outbox.  When a message you have sent hasn't been read yet it will show "Call Back". 

That is all, you didn't do anything wrong!
