Hello Brett-
Welcome, sorry you have CH, so happy you've found us.
Yes I do feel the popping and clicking.  Like something is moving into place, or a bubble moving about.  A creaky door.  It usualy happens towards the end of my cycle.  Some cycles it happens a lot and some not at all.  I think it is pretty normal.

Most important.  Are on a preventive or abortive?  Tell us more about how often are your CH's, what time, kip level, etc....?
Having CH is manageable with the right rx's, O2, or little tips like, strong coffee, energy drinks, water x 3, ice packs.

Ask away, we are expert patients, not doctors.  We can only guide you in your quest for control.

Control the beast, don't let it control you!

Hi Brett,

Instead of a caffeine pill you might try drinking an energy drink as fast as humanly possible at the first sign of an attack.  Red Bull or any thing with caffeine and taurine will help  many of us here.  The taurine helps the caffeine do its job better.

Welcome.
