Yeah, blind people like to walk around, and they also like to know where the sign directs traffic to stop, where cars only yield, etc. If a blind person is going to interact with traffic, don't you think they deserve that information? Or are they not worth it??

The outer boundary of what we currently believe is feasible is far short of what we actually must do.
