A couple years ago, I hosted a meet and greet here in Central WI. I could possibly do that again, however our favorite band probably won't be playing. If there is enough interest, I'll plan it again.

It would be an outdoor venue, summertime, with some live music and Pot Luck.....

Now what would make it perfect is if Brew and his band could once again make the schedule of Party in the Park. But that is a big thing to ask.

I sent out some band info. The bands are happy to play at a venue a little further out of town. Out of Port Washington that is. If they spark some interest with the hostess and the music man (AKA Brew) I will be happy to help. Let me know what you think and I'll get you some phone numbers or what ever you need. It looks like the links should work.

Party in the Park is set up by the City Parks and Recreation Department. I have nothing to do with it.

I would simply ensure we get a nice spot near the bathrooms again, and arrange the picnic tables to save us plenty of space.

As soon as the summer's line up is posted on the City website, I'll link to it and we can decide on a date from there.

I'm still planning to host, if there will be a venue to do so. I'll update when I can, and start a new thread once I can find something suitable.

Poor attendance was sited as the reason. Looks as though I'll have to do more searching to find another venue if there is to be a Central Wisconsin based gathering this summer. Sorry folks.
