Smoking is a trigger? Really? Otherwise, I thought the doctor did a fine job. I found myself wishing he had mentioned how strange it is that pain killers (narcotics) don't seem to work.

Smokeing is a HUGE trigger for me. Since I have quit, I swear my cycles have reduced in time, frequency and intensity.

Yes, you must understand that those news people are as knowledgeable about CH as the person next to you. At least the doctor corrected her that he didn't have them, lol! He seemed to be knowledgeable though. The more press, the better
