It was GREAT...was worried flavor would be ruined...tweren't. Getting hit so regularly lately that I don't know about "trigger" or not...

....it's a choice vs red meat. If ya suspend disbelief AND mix with olive oil...AND sauteed onions/garlic...AND salt/pepper...AND a shot of worshestershire sauce....AND a few herbs....you can ALMOST convince yourself you're eating real meat. Yup, delusional thinking...but then, I STILL think I will only remember what it WAS like to have ch.......someday.......
