Dr. Oz had a segment on headaches triggers today, the video is posted on his website.

He talks about things to use to abort and even mentions CH headaches, he had a bottle of the pepper nose spray and he and a person from the audience try it, dam funny I have tried it myself once, yes I was that desperate but it was funny to watch someone else try it. About the only thing it does is make you forget about your headache for a few seconds while your nose is trying to jump off of your face.

Just go to his website and search for Headaches and you should be able to find the video.
