Where we live MAP
Feb 2nd, 2010 at 3:52pm

Years ago on the old message board there was map of the world, where we could "stick a pin" on where we lived.

Over the years this board has discussed barometric pressure, humidity, altitude, air quality of where we live, etc as possible triggers.  Thought there might be some relevance between current cycles and current geographical location and found this map interesting in that respect.

I've looked on the new message board and do not see it anymore!?

There are over 7000 registered members here now.  (DJ cleaned out a bunch of old and/or duplicate counts about a year or so ago)

That would be alot of pins on a map. Cheesy

Hi Redd, yes it would be alot of pins.  Maybe color code the pins?  i.e. less than 250 people (red), 250 to 500 people (white), 500 people to 1,000 people (blue), etc.

Just a thought Smiley

Regardless, map or not, it would be interesting to know the current statistics of who lived where when they are in cycle.  Perhaps some geographical locations are more CH friendly than others!?

Click on the left to "where we live" and you find that California is the current leader, 422.

Big difference in Northern Cali and SoCal...trying to determine elevations, climate-dry vs humid, air quality, altitude, etc.  If pinned on a CA map, we could see these factors.  422 in CA means nothing except a state count.

Hope this helps. If you click on the state it gives the cities and count.

Probably means nothing as far as number of persons from where. I've lived in several places and still have CH. People are from all over the globe with different stats- still have CH.

Putting it on a map means nothing. Unless they want to map our brains.  Cheesy

Hi Jennifer, you are probably correct, but thought maybe there might be a correlation geographically if for example a large percentage of us lived at sea level vs higher elevation, city with poor air quality compared to mountains, dry vs humid climate, etc.

I agree with Jennifer. Have lived in Phoenix where I had my first go round, Northern Ca, Montreal Canada, Plano Tx, Denver Co, and here on the great plains of Wyoming. The only place I lived in where I had more than one cycle was here and only because I had a goround the first few months of moving here and my time came around again. Haven't noticed much of a difference no matter where I've lived.
