iPhone app
Feb 11th, 2010 at 8:09pm

Is anyone aware of any iPhone apps to keep a diary of CH? There's a few that are geared more towards migranes so the lowest "time lasted" options are 2-4 hours which just doesn't work for CH. If anyone knows of any good ones it's appreciated, thanks.

You can't speak a kind word too soon, For you never know how soon it will be too late.

yea I am using my notepad now, but IMO an app would be cleaner lol. I have my phone glued to me 24/7. Just figured now would be best to start, I've never kept a diary in these last 12/13 years but my cycles seem to coincide about a month before the seasons change. (1st day today about a month before spring, last was 3 week before winter, before was a month before fall lol.)

Kick off started this morning at 2:45am, i've had 6 since then, so was hoping to get an app fast before I have too much to copy lol
