Hi Shakey,
Have you tried breathing the O2 directly in your mouth from the end of the see-through plastic pipe?
I find that for me it is the most efficient way to get rid of the shadows. I keep my hand on the valve and turn it off when keeeping in the O2 and exhaling, I find it is very economicl that way.

You're right. The customs limit here is 150€. I meant tax and especially shipping. DJ from CHstore explained that this is the case because the mask is considered a medical equipment.

I find the technique, using the face mask for breathing both through the mouth and the nose and a balloon getting filled with oxygen ready for the next deep breath, most effective. With the amount of time I spend on O2 I can't see myself turning the valve on and off with every breath. Thanks for the suggestion, though Wink

Everyone i hear on this site that has tried it, swears by it. I hope you get it without extra taxes or extra costs .
