Don't know if any of you saw the Jekyll and Hyde musical, but the lyrics to one of the songs kind of made me think of the Beast and cluster headaches.  I am sure it never occurred to the writer about CH.  So here goes:

Dear God! What is this?
Something is happening that I can't explain
Something inside me a breathtaking pain
Devours and Consumes me, and drives me insane.

Suddenly uncontrolled,
something is taking hold.

Suddenly, Agony, Filling me, killing me,
Suddenly Out of Breath,
what is this, is this death?

Suddenly, look at me! Who is this? Can it be?
Who is this creature that I see?
