after continuous kip 8s and 9s with the last one lasting 3 and half hours with me crying,laughing moaning all the time with the pain to the point i started from rocking shaking whole body from exhaustion,anger,frustrution and no end(never felt this again so excessive)to the the point
i started blaming myself for being a coward not ending this nightmare once and for all,i finally started getting some sleep(Damn coffee,damn energy drinks,damn whatever )and now feeling a bit a better
and petrified if it hits soon again,i only have one question:

what the hell is the tension
about tension headaches?

With the intensity of pain you report I doubt that energy drinks, etc. will give you relief. The best of the prescription meds are really your best bet.

The symptoms which center on our head/face come from a complex web of nerves which get activated during a Cluster. Tension is a normal response to our mind and body when we experience intense, prolonged pain. Will power has nothing to do with it.

If you can locate a headache specialist--that would be your best move.
