Wonderful news!

I've had a happy secret for a while and now it's the time to share it: Esa & I are engaged!

We got engaged a week ago, but we didn't want to tell about it publicly before Esa's mother and brother were told and we told them yesterday. I told my mom on the day of the engagement, and she told me that she had known instantly that I was dying to tell her something. Grin

The news are not out in Facebook, we'll put it there in some point, but not yet.

Now we are busy planning the wedding. Neither one of us believes in a long engagement, so we're getting married next Spring. The church is booked, the invitations are in the making and we've already checked out lots of nice rings. This weekend's wedding fair comes in a perfect time for us!

Aguess this means, too, that nosey family members will be quiet for a while... Wink

Good advice here. We didn't have much of a wedding, besides me and Jimbo and the preacher, there were 6 people in attendance. That was over 30 years ago.
