Topamax Question

So, I'm starting it again. Last time, I worked up to 100mg at bedtime. I've read some literature and some posts here that you should take it twice a day, but I'm not sure if that applies for CH? Also, will I potentially get faster relieft if I work up to 200mg a day, and if so, at bedtime only? Any feedback would be appreciated, as I have a neuro appt on 12/22 and would like to go in with some ammunition and questions for him, as he is the one who prescribed for only once per day last time. Thanks

Once a day works better for my lifestyle, as I can't be groggy at work, but more wondering if 2x a day will make it work faster. Thanks.

Sides seem to subside after a while. Still a bit dingy at times, and yes tired a lot! But much better than 8 CH's a day! It's been 2 weeks now and I am getting some much needed sleep.
