Even raised it so it could be consumed fresh in salads. No effect whatsoever. Your mileage may vary. If you choose to try it, be aware that some side-effects are possible. Becareful of over the counter meds intereracting with meds you may be on now. Usually there interact with antidepressants. Check with your pharmacist to be safe. Same with melatonin.

Try feverfew extract, it's a lot more potent than the leaf. I've been using it for years, I still feel the cycle when it comes around, but I don't feel the pain anymore. You have to start taking it a few weeks before your cycle starts and stay on it until it's over. The stuff may have saved my life.
It's also a natural anti-depressant, keeps me in a good mood. Only down side is that it gives me gas.
