I not only offer DEEJ a big heartfelt thanks.. But also you Eric...

Many times you were the only person I could talk to at 3, 4 or 5am... you would be up with the baby and I would be up with fighting the devil with no medication and know 02... Yes 'E'... you too have been a life saver..

To be utterly honest, I think I would have spun out of control in a deep deep depression. I know that I have dear loved ones who support me; however, looking back, I think I would have possibly become very "selfish"

You know me, regardless of the ups and downs whether on meds or not the most important thing was/is to have a positive mental attitude. With out that I don't know if I could have made it. If I continued to "lose" me then why deal with the pain.
I'll leave it at that.

Because my Joanna found CH.com, I got to be me and learn how to cope just like I have coped with other more devastating things in life than freakin' headaches.

That's what I meant. I truly don't like to think about those dark times but I realize that any time I am having a difficult time that I just need to take a breath.....
