I was forwarded this article by Royce Fishman which was sent to Linda Howell for OUCH. She was good enough to send it to me for posting, and I thought it would be wise to post it here as well to get maximum exposure. Mr Fishman, we appreciate what you have done for us. Thank you very much!

Attached FYI is a new on line early view published article from HEADACHE,
Journal of American Headache Society: INHALED OXYGEN AND CLUSTER HEADACHE
SUFFERERS IN THE UNITED STATES: USE, EFFICACY AND ECONOMICS (The United
States Cluster Headache Survey).
Authors are Todd D Rozen MD, Geisinger Specialty Clinic and Department of
Neurology, and, (myself) Royce S. Fishman, formerly a Director in Business
Development with Linde Healthcare and now a medical business consultant.

It will appear in an upcoming hardcopy issue of the bi monthly journal.
Despite my being let go by Linde in 2009 as part of a large scale layoff,
I worked on this article with Dr. Rozen at no charge/without Linde's
involvement, as I felt it was important to get this information published
so that cluster headache sufferer community would benefit from and be able
to use the data with CMS and other insurers to support better
reimbursement coverage for Oxygen therapy, and, to help educate their
physicians about oxygen therapy.

Royce is such a wonderful guy and is such a great advocate for us. I remember the 1st. convention he attended when he started with us and that man was so interested in helping us. He talked to me and others, trying hard to understand, not only our 02 use, but our personal stories with CH in general.
