Funny Charlie!

As you all know, I'm on airplanes at least twice a month. So far I have managed to avoid the full body scan. When people ask me about it, here's what I say:

I would prefer not to have the body scan. However, if the TSA directed me to the scanner, I would not opt out, as I consider it a bigger invasion of my personal body to be patted down, especially with as invasive as they are doing that now.

So, while I won't go through in a bikini, or strip down to my undies like others have done, I will go through peacefully. And while being inconvienced, or even humiliated, I will remember the horrible events of 9/11/01 and pray that measures like this will help to prevent any repeat of that horrible day.
